هفته ای كه پشت سر گذاشته شد با خبرهای قضایی متعددی از جمله آزادی حدود دو هزار و 800 زندانی جرایم مالی غیرعمد در دور سوم سفرهای استانی ریاست جمهوری، فرستادن بیش از 10 مجموعه قانون برای تصویب نهایی به مجلس شورای اسلامی، اعلام تشكیل دادسرای نفت و انرژی در آینده نزدیك و هشدار دادستان عمومی و انقلاب تهران درباره فیلترینگ سایت های اینترنتی مخالف مسیر قانون، همراه بود.

پایان تحقیقات دادستانی درباره پرونده مداحان تهرانی و صدور حكم دادگاه برای پرونده كرسنت از دیگر اخبار قضایی در هفته ای كه گذشت، بود.

دادستان عمومی و انقلاب تهران پس از صدور كیفرخواست، پرونده كرسنت را به دادگاه كیفری استان ارسال كرد و تعدادی از متهمان این پرونده مهم اقتصادی محكوم شدند.

در این جلسه به اتهامات سه متهم دیگر پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی شامل 'س.ك' رییس بانك صادرات شعبه گروه ملی فولاد، 'ب.ب' معاون حقوقی گروه امیر منصور آریا و 'س .م' رییس بانك ملی شعبه كیش، رسیدگی شد.

'س.ك' یكی از متهمان این پرونده هنگام ارایه آخرین دفاعیات خود گفت:' فكر نمی كردیم كارهایی كه انجام می دهیم، فساد باشد.' اما 'مهدی فراهانی' نماینده دادستان تهران در ششمین جلسه رسیدگی به پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی، تاكید كرد سوء نیت متهمان این پرونده محرز است.

رییس بانك صادرات شعبه گروه ملی اهواز و یكی از متهمان پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی در دفاعیات خود با بیان اینكه اعتبار سنجی مشتریان بانك توسط بانك صادرات تهران انجام می شد، گفت: از آنجا كه گروه آریا از مشتریان خاص بانك بود، اعتبار سنجی آن نیز در تهران صورت می گرفت.

رییس سابق بانك ملی شعب كیش و یكی دیگر از متهمان پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی نیز در این جلسه با اشاره به فرار 'محمود رضا خاوری' مدیرعامل سابق بانك ملی به خارج از كشور گفت: خاوری طی الارض می كند و من مفسد فی الارض شده ام.

وكیل مدافع 'ب.ب' معاون حقوقی گروه سرمایه گذاری امیرمنصور آریا و یكی از متهمان پرونده فساد بزرگ مالی گفت: منافع تنزیل ها را بانك ها برده اند و برخلاف آنچه كه گفته شده، كل اتهام این گروه یك هزار و 800 میلیارد تومان است.

سازمان عفو بین الملل نیز در هفته جاری در گزارشی از ادامه بحران حقوق بشری در بحرین خبر داد و از برگزاری مسابقات اتومبیلرانی فرمول 1 در منامه در چنین شرایطی انتقاد كرد.

این سازمان مستقر در لندن گفت: در حالی كه بحرین برای برگزاری مسابقات فرمول 1 آماده می شود، چشم جهانیان بر آن كشور دوخته شده است. هیچ كس نباید این فریب را بخورد كه بحران حقوق بشری در بحرین خاتمه یافته است.

عفو بین الملل تاكید كرد: 'اعتراضات ضددولتی در آستانه برگزاری مسابقات فرمول 1 توسط نیروهای پلیس ضدشورش با خشونت سركوب می شود.'
