عزیز بابر، روابط دو كشور پاكستان و جمهوری اسلامی ایران را روابطی دوستانه و برادرانه توصیف كرد و اظهارداشت: ایران نخستین كشوری بود كه استقلال پاكستان را به رسمیت شناخت و متقابلا ما نیز نخستین كشوری بودیم كه انقلاب اسلامی ایران را به رسمیت شناختیم.

جوانفكر خاطرنشان كرد: مردم این كشورها خواستار آن هستند كه وب سایت ایرنا به سایر زبانها نیز راه اندازی شود تا آنها بتوانند اخبار و اطلاعات مربوط به ایران و منطقه را از این طریق دریافت كنند.

وی از زبان اردو نیز به عنوان یكی از زبانهای مطرح و مهم یاد كرد و گفت: امروز میلیونها نفر در كشورهای پاكستان و هند به زبان اردو كه با زبان فارسی نیز مشابهت دارد تكلم می كنند و راه اندازی این وب سایت می تواند به توسعه و نزدیكی بیش از پیش ملتهای منطقه به یكدیگر كمك قابل توجهی كند.
